COACHING YOUTH SPORTS
The Coaches Workshop is an all day event - 3 hours in the morning, lunch, and 3 hours in the afternoon- designed to introduce new and experienced coaches to a broad range of strategies, issues, conflicts, and skills commonly faced by today's parent/coaches. Dealing with players, parents, opposing coaches, and officials all demand strategies that end up strengthening rather than weakening these relationships. Using a combination of group work, stick work, lecture, and role playing, the Coaches Workshop is the perfect way for coaches to start the lacrosse season.
